It's a jungle in there

What a great weekend to work in the yard!! Spring is springing all around us now and it is beautiful. This past weekend was actually pretty chilly but it is warming up again.

Teresa and I went to Home Depot Landscape store and bought flowers for our yard, deck and patio. On the way home we stopped and ate some BBQ and walked over to The Tractor Supply Store for some landscaping supplies. While were there the cashier said the manager told her to get rid of all of the live plants in the store. We obliged and bought a TON of plants for 50 cents each.

Our deck will soon be a rain forest!!

We are also getting a big screen gazebo this week to put on the deck. This is the cheap version of a screened in porch but the size was just perfect. We look forward to being able to sit outside and not be eaten up by mosquito's. The cat's can go out too and not worry about a hawk swooping down on them!
