Play Ball... the boys of summer are back

What is the one thing I miss the most about Houston (beside's my family)? I miss being able to watch the Houston Astro's. Going to the games at MinuteMaid Park with Teresa, watching Biggio hustle around the bases, Brad Ausmus behind the plate, Roy Oswalt on the mound, the roof opening late in the game when the temp cools to 88 degrees at night..... all great memories for us. I even liked the old Astrodome with the best AC on the planet.

I saw a headline this morning in the AJC that said "Astro's catch up, beat Braves 11-3". I know it is only a spring game but that headline warms the heart of a diehard Astro's fan like me.

Can't wait to see them in person here in ATL on July 31, Aug 1&2. Hopefully both teams will be good and we have something to play for!
