Quiet Summer Days

On this last day of July I thought I'd update, not much happening in the Dale house right now, dog days of summer are here.

1. Teresa is sick, nasty summer cold. Those are the WORST!!
2. We went to Gulf Shores for a few days last week. Didn't get too sunburned, got hit by a couple little jellyfish and didn't have a shark swim between Teresa and I like the last time.
3. We decided to join a church finally, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta. We are thankful that our church adventures are now over. It was sad but of all the church's we visited only JFBC bothered to contact us. We filled out forms at every church we visited but only one bothered to reach out.
   
4. The Astros are in town to play the Braves. If we are up to it we might go down tomorrow or Thursday and cheer for the good guys.
5. My brother, Tim, and his family are coming to town this Saturday. I am excited and can't wait for their visit. We are heading to see the Braves play Colorado. GO COLORADO!!! In addition, Monday we are heading to the Georgia Aquarium to look at some fish and then eat some ribs at Dreamland BBQ, yum!!
